In Lagos on Saturday 28th June 2025 with the RICE BOYS, Edda LGA of Ebonyi State shone like a million stars with Frank Okoro alongside his Elder brother aka “Shoulder” a forerunner in the round leather business and who came in solidarity.
In a show of solidarity during the Presidential Federation Cup final between Abakaliki FC and Kwara United FC on Saturday 28th June 2025, Frank who is one of the key players in the first team of the Rice Boys of Abakaliki his brothers; Shoder, Maghiri and Ndee.
Like Frank, Shoulder pushed as far as going for trials in some African countries before he hanged the booth, with Frank pushing the bar farther seems like a confirmation that the skill runs in the family.

The history of Ekoli Umunna Football Association “EUFA” would be abruptly incomplete without the Star boys of Chief John Igwe of Amakwu, Ekoli Edda.
Apparently, the family of John a star studded house is made up of 8 boys 1 girl, namely 1st son before Okorie Igwe, Emeka Igwe , Ukay Igwe, Nmecha and Oti Igwe who twin, Andy Igwe and Oluchi Igwe with Akunna the only girl as the princess of the Igwes kingdom.
3 out of the Igwe boys always made the first team of almost all the competitions during their playing days.
Okorie Igwe was a household name in Aba with a link with Enyimba International.
Okorie as a lefty was notable with heavy strikes that left the goal keepers struggling between the net and the ball when struck.
